ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.151 of 2017 and file a final report at early.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that even though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.151 of 2017 under Sections 448, 379 I.P.C., and Section 3

(1) of TNPPDL Act as against one named accused person on 17.06.2017, so far the respondent has not filed a final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case is under investigation and he seeks three months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time to file a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
