The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in a civil disputes between him and the third respondent. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered as CSR No. 199 of 2020.
