ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to give first and foremost priority to the traders of the petitioner's Association who were evicted on 12.09.2019 from their shops on the eve of Smart City Project and thereby, allot new shops after reconstruction and renovation of the Old Bus Stand of Thanjavur City, on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 22.10.2019 and 17.01.2020 to the respondents, within a time frame.
2. Mr.R.Murugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 4. Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Counsel takes notice for the third respondent and submitted that the issue with regard to the Smart City Project is pending before the Honourable Supreme Court in S.L.P.Nos.28623 to 28641 of 2019 and that the representations of the petitioner dated 22.10.2019 and 17.01.2020 would be considered after the disposal of the said Special Leave Petitions.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, we direct the third respondent to cosider the petitioner's representations dated 22.10.2019 and 17.01.2020 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of disposal of the Special Leave Petitions in S.L.P.Nos.28623 to 28641 of 2019.
4. With these observatios, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
