ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation, on the side of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court seeking for bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.7532 of 2022 and this Court considering the large quantity involved ie., 132 kgs of ganja had dismissed the same. However, the petitioner has filed this second petition for bail, without disclosing the fact of dismissal of earlier bail petition. 3.Considering the fact of suppression of earlier bail petition, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for suppression of facts.
