The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents 3 to 5. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in Current Petition No.G2/43285/198/2020 and after enquiry, it was closed on 24.01.2021.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
