This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of CR.P.C., to direct the Respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.327 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police before the concerned court within stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the first respondent herein for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15023 of 2021, dated 05.10.2021.
2. By the order of this Court, dated 05.10.2021, direction was issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned Court and also directed the learned Magistrate to process the final report as per Rules, after processing the same compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was filed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.(MD)No.363 of 2022 16.02.2022 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. He would further submit that notice was issued to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court. The case was posted to 24.02.2022 for filling objections.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court after receipt of notice and he shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
5. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed and the contemnor/respondent is discharged.
