ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal 1/4

Sub Court, Lalgudi to be transferred to the Sub Court, Thanjavur, on the ground that the petitioner / wife is a permanent resident of Thanjavur. It could be seen from the petition in H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2021 that the respondent / husband has also mentioned the address of the wife as Tanjore District.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Thanjavur.

3. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
