Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.D.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to modify the condition No.9(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11146 of 2023, dated 22.06.2023.

2. On earlier occasion, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner himself come forward to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- before the concerned Magistrate. But without furnishing sureties, the modification petition was filed earlier, but the same was dismissed. Again, the present petition has been filed for modification. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is he collected huge money to secure the Government Job from the victim, but later, he neither secured the job nor returned the money, hence this Court already granted anticipatory bail on condition to deposit Rs.4,00,000/-. Since it is just and reasonable condition and there is no change of circumstances, this modification petition is dismissed.
