S.A.No.61/2001 is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the Judgment and Decree dated 28/4/2000 made in A.S.No.152 of 1999 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 12/3/1999 made in O.S.No.472 of 1995 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul. ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SELVARAJ, Standing Counsel for TNEB, on behalf of the Petitioner and of Mr.M.
