Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to reimburse the balance amount of Medical Bill of Rs.58,002/- (Fifty Eighty Thousand and two only) to the petitioner's wife Mrs.Uma Gnanadoss having Medical I.D card No.R.E.No.1685. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kannan

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.12.2020, insofar as it rejects the petitioner's claim over and above a sum of Rs.29,037/- as against his balance claim of Rs.87,039/-. No costs.
