ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-2 in Crime No.21 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 406 of I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 4 of DP Act.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by the Court of Sessions, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4984 of 2015 on 13.07.2015. Hence, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
