PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate legal action in accordance with law as against the third respondent for possessing the educational certificates such as 10th mark sheet original, +2 mark sheet original, transfer certificate original, birth certificate original, community certificate original and conduct certificate belonging to the petitioner illegally and unethically and also after discontinuing the course of the civil engineering in the third respondent college and further to recover the same from the third respondent's Institution forthwith.

This Writ Petition was filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent on the ground that the third respondent College refused to give back the Educational Certificates of the petitioner and was illegally holding them.
2. Heard Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2.
3. During the pendency of this writ petition, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the third respondent College had returned back all the Educational Certificates of the petitioner. To substantiate the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced the copy of the letter given by the third respondent College as well as the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner has received all his Educational Certificates and it has also
been endorsed by the father of the petitioner.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
