Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for Mr.G.SIVARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3083 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1916 of 2019, dated 02.04.2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that since the petitioners are taking treatment for their ailments, they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bond as per the order passed by this Court dated 12.03.2019 and subsequently extended by the order dated 02.04.2019 in Crl.MP(MD) No.3083 of 2019. In support of his contention, he has produced copies of the medical records.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, time granted by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2019 made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.1916 of 2019 and subsequently extended by the order dated 02.04.2019 in Crl.MP https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(MD)No.3083 of 2019 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as finally. 4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
