O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute regarding the property in R.S.No.225/3, 225/4A to an extent of 2336 sq.ft. situated at Ward No.7, Mannkatti Theppakulam Road, Melur Town, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. In the mean while, the petitioner will not be harassed.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
