PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the notice in Uo.No.798, dated 22.12.2020 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to close the account and to return back the documents belong to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the notice in Uo.No.798, dated 22.12.2020 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to close the account and to return back the documents belong to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,10.07.2024), the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that 2/4

the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Society to settle the matter and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Society and the Society is directed to consider the petitioner's requisition and pass orders in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
