The Miscellaneous petition has filed to direct the first respondent to pay a sum of Rs.6,86,453.60 (Rupees Six Lakhs Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Three and Sixty Paisa only) within a time frame.
Admittedly, the Petitioner / Appellant has been unsuccessful before the Writ Court. Therefore, unless until, he succeed in the writ appeal, no interim relief can be granted. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
