ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A5 and A6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 323, 324, 307 and Section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.11 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.01.2018 consequent to the dispute over the parking of vehicle, the petitioners along with other accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and assaulted him and also assaulted his mother and his father by using the deadly weapons due to which, mother of the de facto complainant died into the hospital. Hence this case has been registered against the petitioners and others. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and prays for anticipatory bail.

5.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. It is alleged that during the time of occurrence, on 18.01.2018 the petitioners along with other five accused have assaulted of the deceased by using aruval and stick. As a result of which, the mother of the defacto complainant was died. Now considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, and that there is a specific overtact was attributed against these petitioners in the F.I.R. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.
