This Writ Petition is filed seeking for police protection to survey the land in Survey No.403/1 in Ward No.12, Adidravidar Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Sethur Circle, Muthusamiyapuram Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

W.P.(MD)No.1143 of 2020 2.According to the petitioner, the private respondents are objecting to survey the land. Hence, police protection is sought for.

3.On perusal of the petition, this Court is of the view that blanket directions cannot be granted, unless the dispute is resolved in the Civil Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
