This present writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent-District Collector to recover the gratuity amount of Rs.98,140/- with interest of 10%, which was ordered by the second respondent in order dated, 18.02.2011 in P.G.No.32 of 2009.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already the amount was recovered on 15.06.2021 and paid the amount to the petitioner. The Government Advocate has further submitted the proceedings to this effect. Recording the said submission and since there is no issues left for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
