ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Sivagangai to recall the Non-bailable warrant issued against him on 16.05.2017 in SC.No.3 of 2010.

2.The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court and file a petition under Section 70(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and on filing of such application, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Sivagangai is directed to pass orders strictly on merits and in accordance with law. 3.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
