The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for first respondent.

3.Mr.Aathimoola Pandian, learned counsel filed a memo to show that the 2nd respondent, who is the deceased has no legal heirs and the said memo was furnished to the counsel for the 1st respondent and the counsel for 1st respondent has also confirmed the same.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 93 days of filing the above revision.

5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
