ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein under which the request of the petitioner for temporary recognition for conducting LKG to X Standard from 01.06.2012 to 31.05.2015 was rejected.

2. According the learned Counsel for the petitioner, thereafter, a recognition has been granted by the second respondent herein. Considering the fact that the prayer in the writ petition has already been complied with by the official respondents, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
