The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2020 from the fourth respondent to any other agency. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.976 of 2021 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2020, has already been completed and final report was also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to filing of final report, she can file appropriate application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, before whom the final report is filed, if so advised.
