RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 20747 of 2021 dated 03.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAPPAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20747 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Pasupathy Palayam Police Station, Karur.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State has no objection for ordering this petition. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Pasupathypalayam Police Station, Karur, daily at 10.30 am, untill further orders.
