ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.8/2018 is pending.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The above process shall be completed within the above said period. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
