ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.1565 of 2019 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.

2.The defacto complainant is present before this Court through video conferencing. The matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. The joint memo of compromise has been filed on 07.01.2022. The parties have been identified by their counsel. 3.When the defacto complainant does not want to pursue the matter, it is only just and proper to quash the proceedings. The impugned proceedings are quashed.
