Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to grant agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner for the well situated in the agricultural land in Survey No.430/3, Karungadal Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District as per the application made to the 3rd respondent in PRY No.52/2000-01 dated 30.11.2000 in the Ordinary Priority Scheme forthwith by considering the petitioners final representation/reminder dated 01.02.2021.
