ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed with a prayer to withdraw and transfer the case in HMOP No.63 of 2023 from the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Manapparai to the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, both the petitioner and the respondent are directed to be present before this Court, but, however, there was no amicable settlement.

3.In view thereof, this Court proceeded to consider the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition. Considering the affidavit filed in support of the application and the hardship expressed by the wife, HMOP No.63 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Sub Judge, Manapparai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. Accordingly, the this petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
