PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram to expeditiously hear the suits in O.S.Nos.64 and 84 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, respectively.

For Petitioner : Mr.C.Susi Kumar COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed these Civil Revision Petitions to direct the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram to expeditiously hear the suits in O.S.Nos.64 and 84 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram.

2.According to the revision petitioner, she has filed O.S.No.64 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram and she is the defendant in O.S.No.84 of 2018. The matter has been pending for the past two years without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petitions.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4.On perusal of 'B' Diary, it is seen that from 21.08.2019, the matter is posted for argument. Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the suits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of O.S.Nos.64 and 84 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
