The present petition is filed seeking to set aside the notice issued by the third respondent dated 14.12.2023.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would contend that the FIR in Crime No.96 of 2023 of Allinagaram Police Station, Theni, which was registered on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, was closed, after conducting an enquiry and a Referred Charge Sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni on 22.01.2024. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
