This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.82 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the investigation to the third respondent or any other agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already investigation in Crime No.82 of 2015 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 20.08.2015. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
