ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the first respondent, dated 06.08.2012, vide proceedings bearing Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1599/2011/A1. 2.The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent submits that by the impugned order, the first respondent had appointed a non-hereditary trustee under Section 47(3) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. The appointment of the non-hereditary trustee was for a period of two years from 06.08.2012.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the first official respondent further submits a new non-hereditary trustee was appointed for a period of two years, vide proceedings dated 19.08.2020, in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.10484/2018/A1 and a copy of which has been filed before this Court.

4.In view of the above, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
