This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to appoint some other investigating Officer other than the second respondent to investigate the case.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.216 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate in S.T.C.No.3665 of 2014 and the case was ended in conviction. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
