2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the above said complaint was closed and Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai "as further action dropped".

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
