Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARTHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court at the time of granting bail.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
