Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.6, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324, 448, 302 and 109 of IPC in Crime No.271 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that the mother of the accused Nos.1 & 7 used to take water to public tap for construction of house, which was objected by the deceased, estranged over the act, the accused have entered into the house of the deceased and attacked him with knife and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint. It is further submitted that co-accused in this case were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.9828 and 10280 of 2015 on 18.06.2015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
