Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RANJITHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition, which was imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.22062 of 2018,dated 11.01.2019.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the aforesaid order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, the petitioner from the date of executing the bond i.e. from 26.01.2019, he has regularly complied with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that the petitioner is a college student and he is not able to go to the police station daily and therefore, the said relaxation petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) has fairly conceded that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 26.01.2019 onwards without any deviation.
5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
