2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditional order and also considering the fact that the amount involved with regard to the petitioner is recovered, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
