(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though we find that the writ petition is to be frivolous and vexatious, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Accordingly, permission is granted and the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
