ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 03.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16803 of 2024 and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Susikumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate (Crl Side), for the respondents 1 and 2 this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of
SC/ST Act cases, Theni as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16803 of 2024. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
