2. It is informed that the first petitioner, Veeramani passed away on 04.09.2024. Therefore, an application shall be made by the legal representatives to have their names included in the patta and the respondents shall forthwith carry out the corrections. No doubt, the same will be subject to the result of the writ appeal. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
