ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.Jawahar Ravindran, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to the petitioners to withdraw the award amount deposited to the credit of W.C.No.135 of 2012 on the file of the learned Deputy Commissioner for Labour, Madurai.
