JUDGMENT

Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the Government had already issued patta, hence, the relief sought for in the writ appeal has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
