O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running fireworks business in the name and style of "Sri Venkadesh Fireworks". He further submitted that the proposed accused has purchased crackers from the petitioner for Rs.8,25,000/-, but subsequently, he did not pay the amount. Hence a complaint has been lodged before the second respondent, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR No.237 of 2017 has been issued and enquiry has been conducted and it is found that the dispute is relating to money transaction. Hence, the complaint was closed. The said fact was informed to the petitioner through courier service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
