No.1545/2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.180/2020, from 25.09.2020 to 01.12.2020.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.BOOPAL, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted on 18.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1545 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.180 of 2020 from 25.09.2020 to 01.12.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that due to Covid19, the petitioner was not able to get the order copy and to comply with the order in time and therefore, there is a delay in complying with the order.

CRL MP(MD) No.979 of 2021 3.The reasons stated are satisfactory. Hence, a further period of six weeks time is granted to the petitioner. Since there is a delay for one year in paying the amount, the petitioner is directed to deposit 1/3rd of the arrears amount within a period of six weeks from the date of the order and to deposit 1/3rd of the monthly maintenance amount every month i.e. on or before 5th day of every English Calender month before the trial Court. sd/- 10/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
