This is a petition filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 14.11.2013.

2. It is represented by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that though a complaint has been received from the petitioner, no case can be registered by the City Crime Branch with regard to the swindling of the amount, which is less than Rs.25,00,000/- and therefore, the complaint has been closed on 25.11.2014, requesting the petitioner to approach the appropriate Police Station for redressal.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
