O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.01.2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent by giving a false promise that he will make arrangements for getting a job at Singapore, received a sum of Rs.1,55,000/- and thereafter, he has arranged only for tourist visa and failed to make arrangements for job and also refused to return the money. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 03.01.2018, so far, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
