PRAYER : FOR BAIL IN CRIME NO.584/2023 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 23.01.2024, this Court directed the Dean, Government Thoothukudi Medical College and Hospital, Thoothukudi to examine the petitioner's third child and submit a report before this Court about his health condition.

2. Today, the report has been filed before this Court which reveals that the 1/3

petitioner's third son is normal.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
