This petition is filed to change the investigation in Crime No. No.493 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No. No.493 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 20.07.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
