O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Sellammal filed a suit against the petitioner. The same was dismissed and the appeal filed by the said Sellammal was also dismissed and thereafter, she is trying to take the possession of the property by force. Hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 27.12.2017 before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR No.145 of 2017 has been

issued and after enquiry, it was found that the dispute is civil in nature. Hence, the complaint has been closed and the same has been informed to the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
